Nikah Nama Urdu words in English

The printed headings on a Nikah Nama are standard; the handwritten answers are where people get stuck. These are the words that turn up most, with the Roman Urdu spelling people type and the English a translator usually writes.

Note that مہر is spelled the same for mehr (dower) and mohar (a stamp or seal); the column tells you which one is meant.
